    Phoenix Wright...meet Harvey Birdman!

Capcom buys rights to Harvey Birdman

According to the article, Capcom is set to develop games based on this guy from CN's Adult Swim. As you can probably guess, the games will be in the same style as....Phoenix Wright. It's being developed by High Voltage Software--the guys behind Leisure Suit Larry (PS2) and Hunter: the Reckoning.

    .....okay.

      Ha ha ha, Objection.

Not sure how good it will be though. If you haven't seen Harvey Birdman you should watch it, it's pretty funny.

Wonder if you'll be able to ratchet up the threat level a few notches to BLACKWATCH PLAID, or the cover of Rush's seminal album Moving Pictures. All I know is it better have Phil Ken Sebben.

Hopefully they'll get the humor right. Then again, in efforts to pacify the old geezers on capitol hill, this game may just end up a mask for more phoenix wright content.

I actually work in the Birdman room, and have been for a while now, but I work in the fireman simulator game.

                            Re: Phoenix Wright...meet Harvey Birdman!

I was just kind of joking around, and also realize that Kire doesn't have a lot of control over what games the company he works for makes. I'm sure if Kire made some animations for Birdman they would be awesome, even if the game turned out not to be. All I know is High Voltages website is really annoying, no volume or sound controls for the sound they have on the site.

So I'm not sure it would be right to pull punches on the games just because Kire works there. Pretty sure he is aware we aren't attacking him, and I'm sure he's not proud of every game the company he works for makes.

As for Birdman we'll have to wait and see. I liked the show a lot for it's randomness, hopefully the game will keep that appeal.

It's coo, you can be honest how you feel about the games.
