Alright so I got my taxes done, and I'm going to be getting 1000-ish bucks back. To help pay for the taxes overall I'm going to be giving my dad 300. So that leaves me 700-ish bucks to do with whatever.
This leads me to my current situation. My dad is dead set on everyone putting in 500-700 bucks so we could go on vacation. The problem is that personally I considering just getting an Xbox 360. Since I don't know when another good time I can get it. Plus the way I see it, getting a used 360, and maybe a game or two. This would cost me 450 at worse. Which would leave me 250 for whatever I need for the next couple months.
One thing about my dad though that makes the decision harder, his the type of person who can be hard to change when his dead set on something. His notorious for guilt tripping anyone who doesn't agree with his idea. So do I just give into what he wants and go on a potentially great five day vacation. Or do I go with what I want and let my dad and brother go where they want.
