    Zoids: Battle Legends

I have no idea why but I really like this game. The AI, story, and voices are crap but it's still so much fun.

Yeah, It's Gamecube. I still play my Gamecube.

The Graphics are top notch and it never really slows down at all even when there is a bunch of missles in the way. The AI is utter crap though it just bacially locks on to the player and spams any and all available guns at the player. Which is a bad thing because the guns point every which way and somtimes they tend to shoot right up in the air or completly different side of the arena. They also don't know how to usse the most powerful weapons in the game, blades. They just deploy them once and move on to a different weapon. Usless.

A good thing however is the number of Zoids you get to play around with and unlock. It's very fun when you really decide what you want to do. The Zoids actually resemble the ones from the cartoon. To a very great degree. The sounds coming from them are superb and the Missions can be a little struggling if you don't have a clue what you are doing. Which is a good thing for me

I dunno, if you see it as a rental, pick it up at least once. I bought mine a couple years ago and started having a blast with it again, but that's me

I was always fascinated by the Zoids toys, but I hesitated in buying them because I thought they were just for kids. They just look really cool though, so I might buy at least one to display in my room.

As for the game? Looks really fun! It's at a good price, so I might get it.

Here is a good video (don't know if there is sound or not though) of the game. As you can see AI isn't tha bright.

I wanted to get the game, but forgot all about it.

If it is cheap, I'll check it out.

I have it. Beat it. It was really fun, especially going back and taking new paths on the campaign mode and getting new Zoids.

Zoids is the only anime I'll ever take an interest to (specifically Chaotic Century--no interest in the other ones).

I went back to play it again after a while, though. The combat seems slow if you haven't played in a while.

Oh yeah, there's cheats to unlock the Deathsaurer, along with a crapload of other big beasties. Fun.

Actually you unlock the death saurer in VS mode regardless. I think it's the bloody death saurer you need the cheat for.
Also the Energy and Phoenix Liger for cheats.
New Century Zero is my favorite though, I think that is what this game was going for.

Ebgames has it used for $15.00

If you don't feel like ordering it online use the store locator.

Eh, it was alright I guess, never got into it.

I just laugh every once in a while, when CN lets the curse words go by untouched in the Zoids animes.
