Just curious as to how many people are able to pull that off. I know I wasn't able to very easily about a month ago, but I've been stretching and exercising every other day for the past month and can now touch the floor standing and hold a stretch with it.
So do any of you have any other flexible things you can do (ie putting your feet behind your head, splits, etc. Free forum safe of course)?
Stretching seems to be one of those things a lot of people who exercise forget about.
