Here's mine(in no particular order)... All TV shows... can't think tonight.

1) Mystery Science Theater 3000 - On for 10 years, nearly no one knows what it was.

2) Freaks And Geeks - The execs axed this for no good reason.

3) Newsradio - On for 8 years. Phil Hartman and Dave Foley rule. Speaking of Dave Foley...

4) The Kids In The Hall - Genius.

5) Upright Citizens Brigade.

ANOTHER awesome show on Sci-Fi that got cancelled.

Stylish and awesome visuals and direction and writing and JENNIFER CONNELLY, all to be overshadowed by, well, something released AFTER it. FWAH? *points furiously at The Matrix*

5. Batman: Mask of the Phantasm
With all the fervor over the upcoming Bat-film there seems to be a lot of comparing and whatnot with the other four live-action Batman movies. How come this movie isn't mentioned?! It's only THE MOST RESPECTFUL REPRESENTATION OF THE DARK KNIGHT EVER.

With all the fervor over the upcoming Bat-film there seems to be a lot of comparing and whatnot with the other four live-action Batman movies. How come this movie isn't mentioned?! It's only THE MOST RESPECTFUL REPRESENTATION OF THE DARK KNIGHT EVER.

I kinda like Batman & Robin, but it and Batman Forever were somehow kinda different than Batman 1 and Batman Returns. Seems like it was leaning a little towards the comic book ways of the 1960's Batman, and I prefer the more seriousness of B1 and BR and the Animated Series.

It was the animated movie that was released in theatres when Batman: The Animated Series was so popular. Noone went to see it because it was a cartoon. And it has a terrible title. Even I dismissed it at the time.

It's awesome though. So awesome.

I saw it in the theater. It's a good movie, I liked the fact that it was more violent than the series.

And who doesn't know about MST3K? People reference it all the time. There are copycat groups that still use their formula. It used to be rerun all the damn time. Just because it's not huge now doesn't mean it wasn't when new episodes were still airing.

I'd say underrated stuff doesn't really ever get a chance to be appreciated.

Stuff like:

The Plague Dogs - one of the most beautiful and depressing animated movies ever made. Nobody has ever heard of it or seen it, which is a shame.

Well, right now I wanna say Teen Titans 'cause, aw man, this is a great episode that's on. But I think they get enough respect. Maybe not the right kind, but it's there.

I think French bread pizza needs to come back in a major way.

The Daredevil movie totally ripped Mask of the Phantasm off.

I'd do a Resident Evil 2/Aliens style comparison but that would require me to watch Daredevil again.

Damnation Alley, the film. Giant man-eating cockroaches, plague-ridden mutants, an abondoned gas station with rednecks, nuclear fallout, and this groovy mystery van. With lots of guns. What's there not to like?
