    Cooking Mama DS

I just got this game a few days ago. It's simple, but fun-- reminds me a bit of Warioware, Inc. It's more difficult than I anticipated; the only "skill" involved is having good timing, and it seems that I stink at that, especially when it comes to peeling things. I wonder what the controls will be like once this game comes out on the Wii.

I think the most enjoyable part of this game is combining the recipes. I like making strange combinations, like noodles with potato salad on top.

It's probably silly of me for thinking about it, but I can't help but wonder if this is how the Japanese really cook. I've never heard of anyone making fried eggs with water in it.

Have any of you guys played this one?
In the beginning the universe was created. This made a lot of people very angry and is widely considered as a bad move.

I played this like crazy when I first got it, but I haven't really touched it since. The sheer number of Japanese dishes kind of bugged me - seems like they use shrimp in EVERYTHING.

Also, playing it makes me really hungry, and angry that I can't actually make any of the food that it shows.

It's very addictive and a bloody tease is what.

      Excellent pick-up-and-play.

The instant ramen recipe cracked me up.

It's an interesting premise. I might want to pick it up. I'm also thinking about the Wii version, which will make excellent use of the Wiimote.

I have the Wii version, too.

To summarize, it's a bit different, yet just as good.

              That was my problem.
