Hehe, yeah. After the fuss I put up over the last one, and I got a new one. But during this whole event, I learn a lot more about myself, I learn what type of person I am in a relationship.
Ah, well like 4 days after Valentine's Day, me and Jenny broke up in a a pretty heated argument. She had had another boyfriend, who she claims she "loves" and after everything that had happened, I really wasn't affected by our break-up at all. Of course she tried to get her boyfriend to fight me but ultimately he chickened out :/ figures.
Anyway, three days prior to us breaking up, I was sitting in the bike rack of our school alone, and I was just singing to myself "Oh Girl" by the Chi-lites, and I hear some voice tell me, that she would have loved if I sung that to her. Of course I was freaked out by it, but I was amazed that someone was paying attention. So, we started talking, over the phone, over myspace and such, and we got into a really deep conversation, where she told me she was in love with me. This had to been on March 2. A few days later, I made a poem asking her out. And she accepted!
Here's the poem:
Divine Waltz
In this dream we dare call love
In each dream contains a waltz
A test of love between two souls
For each waltz is unique
As I waltz with you
The peaceful pull of your soul
Makes me waltz even longer
Our waltz is more than unique
The waltz we do will take many steps
Steps of which we will miss
Steps that may ruin the waltz
But it'll all be well
For the steps missed, we'll continue
continue to waltz, continue to dance
Until this shining night is gone
And you are forever in my arms
I'll wait for our waltz to start...
But...
Will you wait with me?
Heh, when I read it to her over the phone, and she saw it in my myspace she started crying, and told me of course she will go out with me ^.^
Ah, this poem really ain't meant to impress anybody but her, but I was wondering what you guys thought of it.
