Need feedback from EVERYONE about games made with RPG Maker

Even if you havent touched the software in six years, I still want to hear your opinions.

I simply want to know what you think the best games that you've played for any RPG Maker are, along with the worst.

you don't have to say why you're choosing the games, but you can if you want.

This is for an upcoming feature on the site that I'm sure a lot of people will like.

It is extremely important that I get as much input from people as possible. this isnt something that you should blow off just because you don't feel like doing it. I need this info.

even if you've only played one game for RPG Maker, comment on that. this info is incredibly important to the future of the pavilion.

I would have played a game for RPG Maker but I have no idea where my AR MAX disk is.

I've only played stuff for RPG Maker 1.

      They were:

Remote Control: one of the first games I played, which was an incredible amount of fun due to the humor and variety of the quests, and an awesome concept to boot.

Dew Quest: Don't remember all that much about this game, other than it also being fun. I do vaguely remember some crazy tower with many levels that was entertaining to go through for a bit.

Robot Go Home: I believe this was the first game I ever played, and it was memorable for the fact that it introduced me to the things one could do with RPG Maker. I remember it being very short but still fun.

Tsebaoth: A solid game that I stopped in the middle of for being too preachy at one point. I probably would have continued but that was when I was downloading so many different games that any small thing would have compelled me to try something else.

Police State: I remember playing the demo for it and being amazed at how well Terr pulled off a modern setting with a maker that seemed too fantasy and medieval-oriented.

Forever's End: Don't remember much about this one other than the sequel's abbreviation being FETUS. I remember it being enjoyable, though.

Fu-fu the Acid Trip Bunny: Just a bombardment of new sensations. This game was incredible and showed most of all how much you could really bend the rules of RPG Maker and produce something unique. Plus the quantity of custom art was amazing and made me very happy.

Aoi Tsunamiden: I don't remember much of this game, but I think it was about vampires in medieval Japan? I kinda forgot.

Man Getting Hit in the Groin with a Football RPG: It had to be done. I was highly amused.

Those are all that I remember at the moment. I played many more but none of them are currently coming to mind.

Remote Control is the only RPG Maker game that I've played all the way through.

        I thoroughly enjoyed it.

Legend was among one of the worst.

It was just too cliched and the names of towns and characters were too bland as well.

            Presto's Broken Dream - (RPGM1)
Made by Gustaf, it is one great puzzle game with a cute racoon type character who must search a dream like world with his two fairy friends. Won second place over Remote Control in the RPGM contest.

            Devil Hunter Motoko - (RPGM1)
Omni's one and only game, which was a kind of remake of the anime, but very well done. Defintally would check it out.

FuFu Acid Trip Bunny - (RPGM1)
Dave Carter's mind trip of a game, that proved that side scrollers could be done on RPGM1 and done great! Very funny to boot. I'll leave this one be the top of Dave's games. His others are very good too.

            Cursed Desires - (RPGM1)
I might have made it, but I am very proud of it.

            Remote Control - (RPGM1)
Yeah, we all know its good

There are other games I really enjoyed, but I sadly can't remember their names.

I played Tsebaoth (Fun fact: The Firefox spell-check extension suggests horseback, horsebacks, sebaceous, nosebag's, and nosebag as possible corrections for Tsebaoth.) and just like Sejon, I could NOT get through it.

Also very impressed with Police State, due to the fact that it utilized modern environments. The cars were impressive with RPG Makers limitations knocking at Terr's front door.

I also like Pinoy's game. I forget the name for the life of me.

I would have played more but I lost the disc in a tragic accident and lost the drive to make more games.

Well the only RPG Maker 1 games I've played are the ones I reviewed for the Extravaganzion contest. So you already got my thoughts on those .

I'll edit in my thoughts on the RPG Maker 2 games I played over the next couple of days. Been a while since I've played them so I'll have to think about it.

The only games I've seen to completion are Remote Control and Shut Up, *****! Both were ingenuitive and worthwhile.

I also dabbled with Smitpok, which, while enjoyable, was unable to retain my attention for long, as I had no guarantee that there was an ending.

Radiant Darkness(I only played the demo) was innovative, and certain parts made me laugh my butt off.

Police State(demo as well) had a neat concept, and a puzzle I'd still be trying to figure out if I were still playing it today.

I've never played a full game made with RPG Maker.

I think that's the guy who made the Forever's End games.
