Is the battle system just as horrible as KoTOR? God I hate that game. Played it for 10 minutes and sold it.

I played the demo. It seems ok, I am not sure about the mixing of monsters with humans. I would have rather the whole thing be with humans.

The battle system is more of an advancement in a way. You can do more jumps and dodge attacks. You have a block system and different fighting styles.

I played the demo as well.

Battle is a little too sticky for me, but it fits the game well.

I absolutely love the game, I have put 14 hours into it already, still near the beginning of chapter 3, and i didnt even get to play it at all until Thursday night.

I love the battling, although sometimes i dont just distance from enemies well, but it is an extremely well done game, and is just plain good. There is alot of text, most of it spoken, so there is alot to read through, and branching storylines and lots of support characters. I think the only problem i have had up to this point is that in one area, i was taking in the scenery in the distance, and i saw where the 2 ends of the background met, was funny, but kinda lost a little bit of the immersiveness after that.

I'll be playing it again tonight though, hehe.
