I really like this new service. A plus for me when I eventually buy a PS3.

PS Home does seem pretty cool. Especially for a free app. First thing that's really piqued my interest about PS3. Not enough for me to want to spend $600 on one yet but I'm one step closer.

lots of people like doing that crap in Second Life, so I'm sure it'll be pretty popular.

I can see this being pretty cool as a big lobby where you can meet other people and (maybe) go directly into an online game with them.

Because people have friends who don't live anywhere near them. Or friends that they only know from online/gaming. It's a little more social than just typing or voice chatting.

I'd love to go to my friend Home and hear music he wants to play. And trophies are pretty cool. I don't really strive for achievements on 360, but it's kind of cool to know that something I did was achievement worthy.

I was saying I don't understand the benefit in seeing a virtual counterpart (which will probably not be accurate at all, I saw no fat people in those videos) of your friend sitting down while talking to them compared to using AIM or something while you're playing your PS3.

Chilling at a virtual apartment sounds really ****ing pathetic.
