    Anyone wanna watch a few minutes of spiderman 3?

          Spiderman's spider sense has never been completely accurate. theoretically, it should be impossible to hit him when he's unprepared for it, but it happens all the time. if he's focusing on other things at the time, it's less likely to trigger.

            It would have been as cool a scene if his spidey sense kicked in.

            What I like best about that scene is how Peter isn't in his suit and is still doing crazy acrobatics.

                This was explained a long time ago when the Green Goblin first found out Spidey's identity. By following him from afar for a long time, Peter's sense would warn him, but because there was no apparent threat he just ignored it until eventually it was so subtle that it wasn't noticeable, unless he was focusing his attention just to his sense specifically.
                Since he's known Harry for so long, it is most likely a similar effect.

                But if you pay close attention, Peter's expression changes slightly the closer Harry gets to him.
