Oddworld: Stranger's Wrath

Go play it. It has everything. An awesome story... WITH A TWIST.

Amazing character designs.

Halo 2-ish duel weapons.

Stratigraific game play with emphisis on stelth first person action.

The abililty to transition between third person and first person gameplay at anytime.

Amazing scenery.

Adiquate voice acting marred by repeted voices.


It would be a crime to miss this one. And I can totaly see it becoming a sleeper clasic. Grab it up before it becomes hard to find.

Let me guess, only on Xbox? Dammit, I used to love the oddworld series until they started making it exclusive to the Xbox and now I can't keep up with it.

The were gunna port it to the PS2 but then they said that it couldn't be done. A tesitment to the graphic magisty or just Xbox elitism. YOU BE THE JUDGE.

Hey, PS2 is clearly struggling in the graphics department these days (despite the simple beauty of Katamari and the eloquence of FF12 and MGS3). I have no idea how Capcom's gonna port RE4 to it.

But I never even heard of this game before now. NOW I MUST LOOK INTO IT.

Yeah, I remember the Lost Vikings-esque puzzle/platforming first one. I don't think I had the patience for it. And Munch's Odysee was pretty lousy from what I could see.

This is actually the first Oddworld game that's piqued my intrest. I'm going to see about renting it later this week. I need a new game to play.

I really liked the PSX Oddworld games. They should someday remake them on PS2, that would be great seeing as how I will never own an XBox.

I only rented Abe's Exodus, though I really feel like playing it again. Maybe I could look into THIS now!
