    Save trick

I heard about a saving trick where you can save one long game using multiple memory cards. How can I do this? This would be useful for my upcoming project, which would take more than one memory card.
Does this also work with the built-in game memory, can I use more game memory using this method?

As far as i know there is no way to do this, though if there is i'd be really intersted in it as well. According the game manual the best you can do is just make two different games using the same basic info and take guesses as to how the characters had progressed and leveled up, and which items they aquired and just write it in that way on the new game.

It's not just you having memory woes though. I'm having them also, and it keeps putting daggers in all my ambitious plans

I heard that you could, but it required that the save files be saved at exactly the same time.

I swear how to do this is in the manual, BUT you lose a lot of info thats stored in Var. such as character lvls, money, items, and such.

Exactly. So what good is trying to link data if the data you actually need doesn't save?

May be ok if you are making a very linear game that plays more like a interactive movie other than an RPG, but that's about it as far as i can tell.
