Re: Nintendo Pulls Plug on GameCube?
I don't get what she's implying. One minute she's saying it's a great starter system, and the next she's saying they're not being made anymore. I find that quite contradictory."You're a core gamer; you wouldn't buy a GameCube. It's not aimed at you anymore," she continued. "But it's still a great starter system because of all the great games."
Besides, the Wii can play GameCube games. Nintendo should just concentrate on making more Wii consoles for the masses.

Yeah, what Naruto said. Someone who wants to be current in gaming wouldn't get one now when they could get a Wii instead. Whereas, someone who just wants to get into gaming casually might consider an old system since everything's available for cheap and they don't really care that they're behind the times because it's all new to them.Last edited by DarkwingChuck; 02-23-2007, 05:36 PM.I want that Mulan McNugget sauce, Morty!

Sony's orally flatulent, and Nintendo is downright confusing.
What's the world coming too?!?"Those who want peace must prepare for war."
