BUT all the translation FAQs I've found have translations stuff like items, baddies, Psy powers, etc next to the kanji (?) that appears in the game. They are showing up in my browser window as gibborish. How do I get my browser to display the kanji so I can actualy tell what's going on?

Err... I did some research and it looks like my browser can display kanji okay, the problem is these translation guides are .txt files. So, any help on getting the text to show up proper?
