    Avatar: The Last Airbender

Does anyone follow this show? It's one of my favorites. It's been two seasons in two years. Right now they're just doing reruns but season three is said to be well into production. A group of fans (myself included) has put a petition for an Avatar OST (aka Original SoundTrack) to be released. If anyone else is interested, we'd be grateful if you sign it too: http://www.petitiononline.com/avatarST/petition.html

    All comments welcome.

If I knew when it was on, and no one else was around, I might watch it once in a while.

If my calculations are correct, the following are the EST times:

NickToons: 2:00 PM, 6:30 PM, and either 10:00 PM or 10:30 PM depending on the day. So far, they show the same chapter in each of these 3 timeslots in the same day. NOTE: Today February 6 they are showing the very first chapter, but I don't know if they'll hold the sequence or will they go back to season 2, whose continuity was similar to the one in the Nickelodeon timeslot below:

Nickelodeon: 4:30 PM. This chapter is different from the above in the same day.

The above times are for weekdays. I know it's on during weekends, but I forget when. On Sunday I've seen it only in the 10x PM timeslot. They seem to follow continuity across the weekends too.

Also, the first 25 chapters (out of 40, currently) are already in DVD.

Ehhhh its a pretty regular cartoon. I'm not too fond of Bald Prodigy Protangonists. It well written at times, the voices are ok, at times. Probaly be better if the "style" Was more original.

Having absolutely zero information on it other than the box for the DS game I see all the time at Best Buy I must say I am intrigued by the prospect of what an Airbender might be and the apparent distinction of this being the last one. Also the word Avatar is cool. Unless you're Jamos and you say your the Avatar of Destruction.

            Sorry Jamos.

The Cyclops having only one eye, needed to seek shelter from the harsh sun. The shadow cast by the spheres gave him temporary respite.

I think it's a stupid show for babies. I mean, number one it's totally of the gay. And three, it's totally retarded to the maximum areas. Come on people, why is everyone a stupid head? The one character, ****tard I think his name is. Hes the gayest character of all. I mean, it's so bogus. The chinese letters? I can't read that. Why is that? This is North America people, why are there chinese letters in my cartoons that make them stupid, with stupid characters I hate mostly. It's not as good as One Piece or DBZ those shows are the architypal epitome of all that is most righteous in this world. Yes, Goku has a chinese letter on his suit, but orange is a good color. I like orange juice, because it's good and it reminds me of Goku. Back to Avatar: The Show for MORONS! The dubbing is terrible I watched that show and the lip syncing was all messed up dude. Thats weak, what did I do to deserve that? I'm a loyal anime watcher. I represent everyone who watches anime and I'm here to say this show is totally NOT ANIME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!11111111111oneone1111 It comes from Japan yes. but that doesn't mean a goddamn thing to me. I wish that people would just shutup about this show. It's sucks, and it always will, I'd rather watch a piece of triceratops doo then watch this show because dinosaur poo stinks less. This show stinks so bad. The stench does not even abide the telling.

I will admit to liking it. It has its charms, but its downsides too. Of course I haven't seen most of the back half of the second season so maybe it goes completely down the toilet in that span.

For me, its just an average show from Average Street in Averageberg.

all the nerds come in to buy it at work. they always ask me when the next one will be out and I tell them that I don't know because I don't care. they also yell at me because of the way I pronounce Naruto.

I was surprised by the amount of actual work that went into this show. Most anime knock-offs that come state-side are much poorer in quality. The voice acting is good, the animation is swell, the only place where it falls short is the childish script. But hey, it's a kids TV show, on Nickelodeon.
                            ...and that's why.

Eh...I watched when I happened to come across it while channel-surfing. Though every time I watched it it ended up being a rerun, and never in sequence with other episodes. Thus, I'm completely lost on the plot. I never really liked the voice acting.
In the beginning the universe was created. This made a lot of people very angry and is widely considered as a bad move.
