            I heard about this a few days ago. The idea seems kind of pointless to me. Just skip the middle man and inject the stuff right into your veins.

              I tried. Makes me sick. Not really, but I /did/ try to take caffiene pills as a replacement for the vast amounts of coffee I consume each day. Blech. I responded rather violently to it within 30 minutes. Never again. Besides, part of the fun of getting my daily intake of caffiene is eating the foods/drinks rich in it.

                Despite the obvious perks - coffee-flavored donuts with caffiene so Cops don't have to spill hot stuff in their laps - I'd imagine ingesting straight caffiene that way could make you pretty sick.

                  My body poorly handles caffiene, so I can only have it in small doses. Though, I do have a bad habit of drinking Mountain Dew. Which is like the single worst thing for me to drink.

                    I get an immediate jolt from Taurine drinks. But my stomach and intestines hate me later for it.

                    Caffiene is a little more smooth on the system, so long as I eat something with it.
