Dude, you all know that the single best system seller in Japan would be Hari-kiri!

And $5/Hour would be the next Sims.

And they'd just have to change OBGYN's name to Trauma Center 2.

Bus Pervert would definitely ensure there'd be a Wii in every house in America.
