Free "no-banner" web hosting...? ORLY?

Just came across this one which supposedly is free, has no banners or ads:

Not sure about them though. Would be a dream come true if what they say is legit.
So the big question is.. Are there any web-hosting services one should avoid at all costs?

Also, if I ever find a job: Which non-free services are there which are good?

I like Onedollarhost.net. They trick you with the $39.00 membership fee, but unlimited bandwidth and space for $4 a month. Almost unbeatable. If my friend didn't own his own hosting company, that's what I'd be using.

dreamhost ALWAYS has incredible offers that you can find with a quick google search. Most of the time you can get a year of GOOD hosting (lots of space and bandwidth) with a domain for about 20 bucks a year. I think right now the promo code they have is like, "999" or something.
