    YIPEEEEEE!

well my disc was so scratched it wouldnt play on my PS2 but I got a PS3 and it works on that with the advanced laser but, my memory card wont work on my PS3 so i need to start a whole new game. So is there anyway to buy an adapter or whatever to plug ma memory card in?

ok, im not sure if this will work but its worth a shot.

first thing you have to do is get your saved data off of you ps2. To do this you will need somthing called a "Max drive" which is basically a flash drive that works on your ps2. download the saved game on the "Max drive" and then take the saved game from there and put it on your computer. then attach that file to a e-mail (if thats possible) and send it to yourself. Then go thru the ps3's internet browser, and download that file from your email, onto your ps3. There should be a folder marked ps2 saves or whatever it says on the ps3's hub screen. And dowload it there

keep inmind that I have never done this, im just saying (in theory) it might work.

You can get the "Max drive" at ebay, for about 29$(plus s+h).

    hope that helps ^.^v

that won't work, unfortunately. .max files are not the PS2's save format. a pS2 or PS3 cannot read them. If the Max Drive works on the PS3 though, you can use that to transfer the saves, simply by putting them on the max drive while using your PS2, and then creating a new virtual memory card on the PS3, starting the max drive software, insert the USB storage device, and using the max drive normally from there.

of course, sony does have a memory card adapter on the way for the PS3. hell, it might be out already.

Why not take the disc to GameStop or EB Games and see if they have a buffer? its only $5 to have them buff it for you

Why not just take care of your games?
