If the only source for this is ebgames/gamestop listing, it's not to be truested (which I believe you know, since you put "may" in the title).

Some people will remember the appearance of "RPG Maker 5" for PS2 on gamestop.com in 2002, RPG Maker XP for the PS2 in 2005, and Armored Core Sigma Project (game never existed) for PS2 in 2004.
