I'm really only looking forward to the 120gb HDD so I don't have to worry about running out of room for my saves. Plus I love using my 360 to store music, and it's taking up a lot of space.

Yeah, hopefully whether they do the new version or not they'll actually release some bigger HDDs for sale seperately. And hopefully at a better rate than $100 for 20GB.
