You just created ANOTHER duplicate account?

Im sick of this! Duplicate account deleted, and you're banned for 2 weeks. make another duplicate account, and you'll be permanently banned. I told you if you wanted your name changed, you could request it and we would change it for you. you creating a fourth duplicate account is just unacceptable.
