EDIT: No it doesn't. I think I'll try to find out how it comes up with a name. I have nothing better to do, anyway.

Meh, names are just determined by first and last letters of the first name, and the last letter of the last name.

[Last letter of First Name] [Last Letter of Last Name]-[First Letter of First Name]

That's how it goes, only the letters are all converted to words, first, based on the position where they will appear.

So, Goufunaki's first name starts with a "d" and ends with a "k." His last name ends with a "p" or "a."

I wish it was more complex. I didn't even have to view the source to figure out how it's done. I did, though, anyway.
