    The Official Pavilion Sports Topic

There is a wide world of sports out there, and while I realize most people here couldn't care less, I wanted to start a topic where those that follow sports could share their ideas and opinions. I will post more points of discussion when old discussion points die out.

I will start the discussion with this:

Do you think Allen Iverson and Carmelo Anthony will be able to get past their egos and play cooperatively in Denver? Also, how far do you think Denver will get in the NBA Playoffs this season?

I think A.I. and 'Melo will be able to play together. I expect them to drop 70 points combined on at least one team this season. As for the playoffs, I think they can now get to the Western Conference Finals. I don't think they can beat a San Antonio or Dallas team in a playoff series, however.

AI has never played with another superstar...Their averages will probably go down cos each other take so many shots and it'll be a mess I think.

      I love A.I.

Carmello is more of a thug ***** than A.I. in my opinion because he tries to pretend he's something he's not. He's no Lebron. He's no D Wade.

On a side note, I got to see a playoff game between the Pistons and Sixers a few years back. It was a great game, too.

I really don't have too much of an opinion on A.I. He's scores a lot, but he also takes a lot of shots. I think he needs to concentrate on upping his FG%.

Hopefully he can get to Denver today. There is a lot of snow blocking his path, though.
