So I spent most of the day today tearing apart my room in a frantic search. After about an hour, success had been reached, and I held the tri-handled device with the loose white stick in the center, six buttons on the side and directional pad on the left.

Yes, I had found an N64 controller. With all the necessary components, I was able to get the ol' thing up and running in a few minutes....now, I know that it's not an OLD system by any means, but I just started growing up when I got the N64, and starfox 64 has been calling my name for years.

I've gotten better over the years, and am collecting the once impossible to get medals now. :) Anyone else digging up their N64 or older systems?

I did a few months ago to play Mischief Makers and Pokemon Snap, and later Mario 64. That didn't last as long as I hoped it would, mostly 'cause of RE4 and stuff.

I play my N64 all the time. Right now I'm halfway through Shadowgate 64.

Mystical Ninja Goeman was the best game I've never heard anything about.

Was it a popular game? I was thinking of it last week, but I got rid of it, along with the N64... :(

The Impact theme song, no, EVERY theme song, was addictive as hell.

Right now, nope. Recently I played through Wave Race (still loving it for some reason), but that's about it. Actually, I'm going for NES and SNES games right now. Reliving the classics. Right now, I'm playing Super Mario World, which I'm enjoying more than I did with the GBA release. I'm hoping to find a copy of Dragon Warrior IV and Earthbound soon. And I'll probably get a random game here and there just to see if I can find any hidden treasures among the occasional crap.

I'm always playing stuff on our old systems. I feel like I'm abusing them if I don't.

Right now I'm still working on Shadowrun for Genesis, Phantasy Star for Master System, and Maniac Mansion for NES.

I only played the N64 Goemon once, but we have all four of the SNES series for the Super Famicom.

Impact RULES! He disco dances at the end of Ganbare Goemon 4.

Right now I'm still working on Shadowrun for Genesis

Good girl.

I love that game so much, that I cut the original battery out when it failed and replaced it. I'll never give up that cartridge. It will be with me even when I'm old and incapable of taking a dump without assistance. And I'll probably be playing it on and off even then.

I played Shadowrun... for about 5 minutes.

Playing through SMRPG (again) and Super Metroid in hopes of actually beating it this time, since I never beat it when I was a youngin'. I'm dying to play some Perfect Dark again, if anyone would play with me...

WAS Mystical Ninja somewhat popular?

It definitely wasn't well-known in my area. My buddy bought it
for $90 when it was released. It's funny because that same buddy
is now one of my roomates and he just recently took a break from
Halo 2, hooked up the 64 and played through Goemon.

The second game was good, too.

They were supposed to release another Goemon game on the
PS2. Working Designs was the publisher, I think. I'm just assuming
that was cancelled?

Booo.

I just got back from the store. BEHOLD THE POWER OF CREDIT.

They had Luffia 1 too, but it's, like, not a good game.

GameForce on 80th and Wadsworth.
They have a policy on cartridges: If the games stop working they'll find a new copy for me, free of charge.

That's a BEAUTIFUL policy. =(

All I know about Lufia II is that if I don't like it, Ryner won't like me.

I play my NES pretty consistently. I've got a collection that's grown so big I'm usually ashamed to show people. Right now I'm playing Princess Tomato and the Salad Kingdom because it's awesome.

I have every system I've ever owned connected at all times.

You should keep all the systems running at all times, too. Just because it'd be fun to tell people that.

"If you don't like Lufia II, I don't like you!" ....ha ha haaa...was Ryner really Rygon? Damn.

Czechs Mex

OOOOhhhh. That's right, that was RyGON. No, I'm pretty sure they were two different people. Rygon was a textbook ass.

Recent play: Super Buster Bros. on SNES
Fun on 1-player mode, but for some reason none of us could figure out how to access 2-player mode. I KNOW we had 2-player on that before...

I have every system I've ever owned connected at all times.

Yeah, I got an adapter so I have the PS2, Genesis, Master System, and SNES all hooked into the same TV. In a couple weeks I'm caving and buying an Xbox, too.

Well all my favorite series of games are being bought out by Microsoft and God knows soon the other systems aren't going to have any games.

Draygone

With the help of a trade-in, I just got Phantasy Star IV and Pocky & Rocky 2. (They also had Phantasy Star 2 and 3 but thos are coming out on the PS2 sometime, P&R1 was there but I was more interested in the sequel; would've gotten Dragon Warrior IV or Earthbound had they had them). PS4 is fun enough so far (just got my fourth member). Great way to show cinema scenes with those anime pics, though the rest of the graphics and the sound aren't that spectacular. P&R2 I haven't tried yet, but I'm hopeful, as I liked the first one when I was a kid.

At this point in my room there's the NES, the SNES, the N64, the PSone, the PS2, the Genesis, and the Dreamcast.

Only the SNES and the PS2 are connected right now.

Redneck, I just bought my X-Box over Christmas, it's in good as new condition. I'd consider selling you mine if you're seriously looking for one. Got a good amount of games, too.
