Silent Hill when that flying monster broke through the window, at the beginning of the game. It was the first time I played the game and I had no manual. I tried shooting, but I couldn't do it.... When I first read Official Playstation Magazine's review for it - a whopping FIVE DISCS ZOMG!!! - I couldn't believe it. What a unique game! An adventure with zombies and four different scenarios, uncovering the plot with the ZAPPING system. Two hour run-throughs!
