you don't have to. its mostly there for mods to edit posts, then lock. that way offending content can be removed, and we have a record of what went wrong.

Meh, it was pure pandering. They brought out this Iraqi woman who voted and she cried, then they had the parents of a soldier who died in the war, and then they had the Iraqi woman and the mother hug. It was a great moment that didn't seem like it was set up at all.
