Just another frivolous law in an attempt to sucker money out of a minority group because the state cannot manage its money and a lot of the state's money ends up 'missing'.

If I were living there, I'd start sagging out of spite. And I wouldn't pay them one damn dime.

That law should be everywhere. Awesome!!!

(I'm serious, that would be a major improvement, but I'd increase that fine).

Edit: Personally I don't think it's an attempt to get money from minorities. That's dumb, just because someone sags their pants doesn't mean they are a minority, they are just being stupid. A minority or non-minority can both act dumb. Truthfully, I am sick and damned tired of people sagging their pants thinking they look cool. If someone wears their pants like this, it makes it easier for me to kick them in the ass.
