Fable- Never played it but based on the way the industy over hyped it. 2 out of 10

Halo- I got the sword and was winning but then my friend fired duel neadlers into my head and I lost. So I hate it. -10 out of 10

Halo 2- What an ending! Fantastic! The best game I ever watched a net movie about! 4 out of 10.

Fable - 5 / 10 (ugly looking characters and blurry graphics. Along with stupid villagers who seem to love to get in the way when I am trying to protect them.)

Halo (single player) - 7 / 10 (too many corridors that look alike and some really boring moments)
      Halo (multiplayer) 9.5 / 10 (fun!)

Halo 2 (single player) 5 / 10 (even more boring than the last one and even less outdoor fights)
      Halo 2 (multiplayer) 9.5 / 10 (fun!)

        Fable
        Never interested. Never tried.

        Halo
My brothers liked it way more than I did. Though when we all played, it was certainly a big ol' bag of fun.

        Halo 2
I actually thought single player really improved. Keith David is the man. And the multiplayer levels are better as a whole. Even on my snail-pace connection, it's fun to play online. Mostly, I figure I should have one FPS as "my favorite", and this is it.

As for ratings, numbers are cold and misleading.

I think I overrated those games a "little" but halo 2 definitely deserves at least a 7. And Monkey King..Screw you (just kidding...sort of).

                Fable - 5/10
Really boring story, and once you get over the fact that you can make your character good or evil, it gets extremely boring.

                Halo (Single Player) - 2/10
Sorry, I find the single player of Halo (both 1 and 2) to be absolutely godawful. Boring, repetitive... the same couple enemies over and over, and horrible level design.

                Halo (Multiplayer) - 9/10
The multiplayer is fun, and the only reason I would ever pick up the game.

                  heh, that letter was genius.

Fable: 8/10 I haven't beat it yet, but have had a great time so far. Too short and the world is too constricting.

Halo 1 5/10 Probably one of the worst single player campaigns ever. I can't believe I made it through the Library without breaking the controller. Yeah, the multiplayer is fun but the level design is inexcusable.\

Halo 2 9/10 The single player is vastly improved along with multiplayer. Great fun.

                    Fable: 6/10

People just expected more because they were promised more. It's a great start, and if they used the complaints to improve the game, they might have something more worthy of such attention/buzz.

The graphics were alright, but dull. Not enough customization, and some of the outfits/hairstyles/body art just looked stupid. I loved the wacky british accents, but I got tired of people running away screaming when I was just hanging out and not killing civilians.

Lots of limitations, in terms of what you could and couldn't do, which wasn't supposed to be the case.

I did like having both wives and man-husbands, and the ability to sneer and fart on the commoners.

Not enough story, not enough areas, not enough freedom to make your own path. I am less harsh on it because I borrowed it from a friend. I wouldn't give it such a score if I had purchased it myself.

                    Halo and Halo 2:
Played the first one, thought it was meh, checked out the second one when my bud was online with it and it looked like the first one.

                    So I don't know.

But so many other great games came out last year on Xbox...why just rate those three?

Re: X-box-What would you score these games

Well, since we got those games covered, how about these...

                        Ninja Gaiden
Brilliant single-player game. YOU - the PLAYER - you improve. Not your character. There's no level-up system. The game forces you - by killing you and your entire family - to actually excel at it. Your videogaming skills increase exponentially. It's a fantastic feeling. But yeah, all this entails a steep steeep steeeeeep learning curve. Fantastic game.

                        Riddick: Escape from Butcher Bay
Say what you will about the movies (I happen to enjoy them) but this game beats them all with a terrific amalgamation of several genres - fighting, FPS, RPG, stealth - creating an action/adventure game so memorable and gritty and FUN it's worth replaying over and over. Spot-on control and atmosphere make this the TITS.

                        ...

Funny, I thought I could talk about more XBox games but that's all I can think of right now.

                          Keith David is the man.
He's IN Halo 2?! I wanna be frozen in stone for 1000 years!

Fable: 6 of 10. It's fun, despite the limited world you can explore and the limits on the paths you can take.

Halo: 7 of 10. I had fun beating Easy/Normal in single player. I gave up barely off the Pillar of Autumn in Hard mode.

Halo 2: n/a. Have not played it beyond one multiplayer test session.

                            So, uh, yeah.

                              Fable: 7/10
If nothing else, I enjoy the combat system. Then again, I'm a KoH freak, so you can't take my word for anything when it comes to combat.

                              Halo 1&2: 6/10
The story wows me, the graphics wow me, but overall I'm not much of a fan of single player console shooters. And multiplayer isn't much fun when you're pitted against Halo freaks who believe that there is no better game.
                              ...and that's why.
